The purpose of this Special Meeting is to vote on an ordinance to borrow additional funds from the EPA due to the deteriorated condition of the Ground Storage Tank; review cost estimates for replacing the ground storage tank and Notice of Intent to Award to the low bidder for the above project.
NEW BUSINESS:

Ordinance 2012-14 An Ordinance Authorizing the City of Knoxville to borrow funds from the Public Water Supply Loan Program with supplemental page showing the cost estimates.

Notice of Intent to Award- Council needs to authorize this intent to the low bidder contingent upon IEPA loan financing and contingent
upon the low bid being less than the estimated budget amount of
$511,500.00.
Immediately following--- the Council members will take a tour of the sewer treatment plant, the water plant, the street building, sanitation buildings and the new museum
